These are Maddie’s current Craft Beer or Wine Pairing Dinner Specials. Check back soon, as our menu selections and pairing beers and wines change from time to time, according to availability and season.

Each  menu course is also available as an a la carte special, in a dinner-sized portion, where noted.

The five-course dinner is also available without the beer and wine, for dine-in or take-out, for $35. Ask your server.

Course 1

COCONUT CHICKEN SLIDER coconut marinated chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, coconut aioli / Revival "Night Swim'ah" Witbier (4.7%) (RI) or Gnarly Head Chardonnay (CA) / a la carte 11.


Course 2

SPICY FRIED SHRIMP, lightly fried shrimp tossed in a chili sauce / Ommegang "Hennepin" Saison (7.7%) (NY) or Cono Sur Viognier (Chile) / a la carte 12.


Course 3

CARIBBEAN TUNA, jerk seared yellowfin tuna served rare over a ginger-sesame slaw / Stone "Delicious" IPA (7.7%) (HI) or Hob Nob Pinot Noir (FR) / a la carte 15.


Course 4

TERIYAKI SALMON RISOTTO teriyaki glazed salmon over a tomato & spinach creamy risotto / Bell's Brewery "Two Hearted" IPA (7%) (MI) or Irony Chardonnay (CA) / a la carte 25.


Course 5
