On the Menu




These are Maddie’s current Craft Beer or Wine Pairing Dinner Specials. Check back soon, as our menu selections and pairing beers and wines change from time to time, according to availability and season.

Each  menu course is also available as an a la carte special,
in a dinner-sized portion, where noted.

The five-course dinner is also available without the beer and wine,
for dine-in or take-out, for $35. Ask your server.

Course 1

SHE-CRAB SOUP, garnished with hot chili oil, served in a mug / Devil's Purse "Pollock R.I.P." IPA (7.3%) (MA) or Irony Chardonnay (Napa) / a la carte 7. | 12.

Course 2

WILTED CAPRESE, arugula in a citrus-roasted garlic, warm buffalo mozzarella & roma tomatoes, pesto drizzle & balsamic glaze / Barrel House Z "Bamboozled" IPA (6%) (MA) or Z. Alexander Brown Red Blend (CA) / a la carte 12.

Course 3

CHICKEN ROULADE RISOTTO, arugula & goat cheese chicken roulade over lemon-thyme risotto all in a wild mushroom cream / 14th Star Brewing Co. "Valor" American Amber (5.4%) (VT) or Justin Sauvignon Blanc (CA) / a la carte 21.

Course 4

CHOICE: PISTACHIO-CRUSTED DIVER SCALLOPS in a basil beurre blanc or RIBEYE TRINITY chimichurri + horseradish cream + cherry balsamic, both with a duchess potato & fresh asparagus / Cottrell Brewing Co. "Incredibly Pretentious Ale" DIPA (7.5%) (CT) or 14 Hands Cabernet (WA) / a la carte Scallops 25. | Ribeye 20.

Course 5
