May 1, 2018 is our 10-year anniversary at DiMare.
I met my wonderful husband, Treven Leonard, that very first summer when I waited on him and spilled mussel au jus in his flip flop. Now, we run a true Mom-and-Pop-shop together – with a wonderful staff that we consider to be part of our family.
Restaurant ownership and operation is never an easy business, but we have been blessed with a core clientele (YOU) that has literally put food on all of our tables. Our faithful returning guests have also become part of our family.
As we embark on a new decade, we have relaunched our bistro with a new, freshly renovated interior, a fantastic new Executive Chef (Mathew Odett) and a fabulous new menu (now featuring an ADDITIONAL 5-Course Craft Beer/Wine Pairing DAILY).
We renamed our blood-sweat-and-tears establishment after our true heartbeat… Maddie. Our daughter Maddie is now 3 1/2 years old this May and she is the absolute definition of pure joy. We want every customer to feel that sort of peace and love when visiting our store.
